Entrepreneur Resources, Inc. is serious about protecting your privacy. We use any information collected about you only to process your orders or to make our services more useful and valuable for our users. Entrepreneur Resources strives to respect the privacy of everyone who visits or become members of MergerPlace.com.

The policy described below is applicable to MergerPlace™, BizBrokersPlace™ and other sites on the World Wide Web that are operated by and affiliated with Entrepreneur Resources, Inc. Members

When you become a member of MergerPlace.com information sent to us via our registration form is secure. In order to process your requests, we need to know basic contact information such as your full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. All the required information is kept in-house and is not shared with third parties, except in certain instances where special promotions are offered through one of our valued partners. Optional information as well as payment information that we may from time to time request is kept in-house. We request this information from members in order to help us add relevant features to our sites.

Members, Subscribers and Visitors

As a Member of our MergerPlace™ site, you are invited to voluntarily sign up for one of our free informative e-zines. When you sign up for one or all of the newsletters, we ask for the usual contact information, such as your name and e-mail address. We may also request certain demographic information, which helps us understand our audience so that we can continue to provide appropriate and necessary content. This information is only for the use of MergerPlace.com and is not disclosed to any other party except in aggregate form. How Do We Protect Your Information Once We Have It?

For members of MergerPlace.com all information is stored on a secure server. Browsers will encrypt the contents of the registration form before sending it to our server. Each time you enter your user name and password, your browser will encrypt the password before it sends it to our server. Surveys sent out to members and non-members are also secure.

The technology being used for third-party transactions is not ours. Our privacy policy and our security or common practices cannot be transferred to other companies.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. We track and record IP addresses that access our site for reporting and profiling purposes only.
