You are solely responsible for the content of your ad. You agree that your ad will not contain any libelous, defamatory or unlawful information. You also agree that information contained in your ad does not violate or infringe upon any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others and you agree to abide by the rules for posting ads.

You agree that mergerplace.com shall not be liable for any damages or lost profits arising out of or related to your posting of an ad in the MergerPlace advertising system.�


It is your responsibility to maintain a valid, working email address. Should your email address become nonfunctioning for any length of time, mergerplace.com has the right to suspend your ad from the database until you have notified MergerPlace that the emailaddress is once again able to receive email.

You also agree to respond to inquiries to your ad in a timely fashion and to immediately delete the ad from our database in the event the content described in the ad is no longer available.

It is your responsibility to return to mergerplace.com once your ad has been posted and verify the accuracy of the information in your ad.
