We are overwhelmed with bid requests; but we just cherry pick the most profitable jobs. A new owner can grow it simply by taking on more jobs being asked of us.

We have never done any advertising or sales/marketing. The work just comes to us. We don't even have a website! This is the real value. A new owner who is more of a "sales or business person" could easily double the business in 2-3 years. The current owner primarily does estimating and no one is really focused on growing the business. There are hundreds of businesses and prospects that don't know who we are. In fact there are only 2-3 companies that do the specialized work we do. The owner is confident that it could cash flow $3,000,000 on $20,000,000 in gross sales immediately. In 2006-2008 we cash-flowed over $1,100,000 without any effort at all; the work just comes to us.
