You are solely responsible for the content of your ad. You agree that your ad will not contain any libelous, defamatory or unlawful information. You also agree that information contained in your ad does not violate or infringe upon any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others and you agree to abide by the rules for posting ads that follow.

You agree that BizClassifiedsPlace.com shall not be liable for any damages or lost profits arising out of or related to your posting of an ad in the BizClassifiedsPlace classified advertising system.

It is your responsibility to maintain a valid, working e-mail address. Should your e-mail address become nonfunctioning for any length of time, BizClassifiedsPlace has the right to suspend your ad from the database until you have notified BizClassifiedsPlace that the e-mail address is once again able to receive e-mail.

You also agree to respond to inquiries to your ad in a timely fashion and to immediately delete the ad from our database in the event the content described in the ad is no longer available.

It is your responsibility to return to BizClassifiedsPlace.com once your ad has been posted and verify the accuracy of the information in your ad.

Maintaining your privacy is important to us. With the exception of those items that you have marked "Show for contact", your contact information will never knowingly be revealed to anyone using the BizClassifiedsPlace classified advertising system, or added to any mailing list.

We reserve the right to reject and/or remove your ad at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to make minor and cosmetic changes to your ad in order to conform it to the style and format we have established for our service.

BizClassifiedsPlace.com and Entrepreneur's Place. Inc. disclaim any responsibility for any actions a reader or buyer or business person may take as a result of the information posted on the BizClassifiedsPlace classified advertising system or contained herein.

Once you have completed and submitted the posting form, your ad, if accepted, will be immediately listed in the BizClassifiedsPlace database.

You may edit your ad as often as you wish at any time. Simply return to BizClassifiedsPlace.com and select the My Ads subtab. Click on the yellow triangle immediately to the left of the ad and then on the word "edit". Enter your changes and click "submit". Your changes will be immediately posted to the database.

You may delete your ad at any time. Simply return to BizClassifiedsPlace.com and select the My Ads tab. Click on the yellow triangle immediately to the left of the ad and then on the word "delete". Your ad will be immediately removed from the database. There are no prorated refunds for ads that are removed before their term expires.

Free Ads will remain in our database for 1 year unless you delete them. All other ads will remain active in our database for 30 days from the date of posting. If you have not deleted your ad from our system from the 30 day period, it will automatically be renewed for an additional 30 days and your account will be charged each 30 day period until you contact us or delete the ad.
