Retirement.
Will train for 2 weeks @ no cost New construction plumbing accounts for approximately 80% to 85% of the Company's annual revenue with 15% to 20% coming from service work. Licenses and endorsements the current owner possess: State of Washington General Contractor license (plumbing contractor license would suffice), State of Washington Journeyman Plumber license, City of Spokane Mechanic I license (gas fitter license), State of Idaho Plumbing Contractor license (only if working in Idaho), State of Idaho Journeyman Plumber license (only if working in Idaho), Radon Mitigation Specialist (endorsement by the National Radon Safety Board). Business acumen, knowledge of general construction and team leadership are skills that will help a buyer successfully transition into ownership of the business.
