Recycling wood and yard waste is an alternative to burning or dumping into landfills. The Company contributes to the sustainability of the natural resources in the region it serves.

Railroad siding opportunity will increase sales of fill materials to other regions and states. Set up a local delivery service to sell more products for example a fleet of pickup trucks could deliver soil, sand and gravel to landscapers, home owners and local businesses. Because of the mineral rights included with the property an owner can excavate approximately 700,000 yards of fill that can then be sold three different ways: 1) Dig and screen and sell onsite for $5.00 per yard, 2) Dig and screen and deliver it to a customer at $20.00 per yard or 3) let a landscaper or other related business come onsite and excavate the fill with their equipment and charge them $0.55 per yard.

The dump fee is charged based on the volume, measurement and type of material being dumped. 2) When the Company sells Hog Fuel (wood chips) from wood, yard and land clearing. The Company also sells used lumber, plywood, rock, dirt and wood mulch salvaged from the wood yard. Washington State Business License Required.
