Will train for 2 weeks @ $0 cost. Two options are available to clients. Option 1.) Trailers are set up in RV parks throughout the Permian Basin/Eastern New Mexico and ready for rental. Option 2.) The client chooses the city or RV park and the company will lease RV spaces and set the trailers up for their employees lodging. Corporation packages are available for Multiple units rented, (6-12) month contracts, and single occupancy rentals. Lease rates are $400 weekly or a discounted monthly rate of $1200 is also available. This price includes utilities and a 290 channel satellite cable package. There is a maximum of (2) adults per RV. All trailers are in good working order and parts are kept in stock for maintenance needs. Upon lease start the owner provides sheets, pillows, towels, bathroom tissue paper and a freshly cleaned unit. Business does not provide cleaning services during the lease term. Payment is accepted only in the form of credit/debit cards which the owner runs each night after the contract is received. Once occupant has checked out, the unit is cleaned and any maintenance needed is completed making the trailer ready for the next rental.
