Will train for 4 weeks @ no cost. Master licenses for both HVAC and Plumbing will be required. An owner has the HVAC license which will need to be replaced with either another licensee or having a qualified employee obtain one. A non-owner holds the Plumbing license and could remain. The current Owner-Manager is willing to contract for 3 to 6 months in addition to the included training if additional transitional assistance is desired.
