This is a third generation owner of a small but profitable lawn service business focused on residential customers in the affluent suburbs of Wayne, Radnor, Villanova and other local areas. Customers are repeat year after after year as he and his crews provide exemplary service. Since he does not provide snow removal, he only works 10-1/2 months a year. He is closed January, February and half of March. There are 3 trucks included. He conducts the administrative parts of his business at home.
He rents some raw ground where he parks the 3 trucks. There is also a shed on the grounds which house his supplies as well as some small tools allowing him to make minor repairs on his equipment at the location.
