Company is located in an office building. Space is approximately 1600 sq. feet. Current lease has three more years and there are options to renew.
The industry continues to grow with the introduction of new and improved products into the market. There is a current trend for high rise buildings to be built with a larger component of glass thus creating more demand. Also, glass has improved markedly over the last few years both from a quality perspective and aesthetically again increasing the demand for it. E.g. A basic house previously used “clear over clear” glass. Most of the newer homes today are built with “Low Emission glass” allowing for heat to be kept out in the summer months and in for the winter months.
