They provide light commercial services in the construction industry to companies that are in the business of Property Management, Shopping Malls, Federal and Provincial Government Contracts, the Health Sector, Airports, Retail and Condominium Management.
The Company's ex-Operations Manager, Project Manager, Current CFO and as well as the Current Owner are available for consulting until the new owner/management is confident.
The Company leases only 300 square feet of dedicated office space in a month-to-month shared office facility. Other areas such as the boardroom are shared with other office tenants. The leasing situation offers maximum flexibility to increase office space or move entirely at any time.
A new Government Canada Construction job was acquired and begun in fiscal 2019. It may last 3 - 4 years and add six figures to the bottom line annually. A Residential Division could be easily added to Operations. The Company has a database of about 500 potential clients while only servicing about 4% of those contacts. Presently there is no Marketing plan in place. Most sales are from repeat customers. With a Marketing plan focused on the client database, the Company's gross sales could reach $3 to 5$ Million in 8 to 12 months.
